Master’s Recital 3/16/11

I am proud to announce the program for my final degree recital at the University of Michigan. The recital will take place on Wednesday, March 16th, 2011 at 8pm in Britton Recital Hall at the E.V. Moore School of Music. I will be performing two Michigan premieres: UM Faculty Composer Kristen Kuster‘s Perpetual Afternoon and Jade, the first of a new series of flute and piano “Gems” by my father, Dr. Samuel Magrill.

Program also includes J.S. Bach’s Partita in A Minor, Pierne’s Sonata for Flute and Piano, and Debussy’s Trio for Flute, Viola, and Harp. Collaborations with wonderful pianist David Gilliland.

I hope to see you there!
